Regus pursues a clear, aggressive and targeted plan for expanding its property portfolio throughout the world. We are actively seeking new locations in new cities and countries as well as adding properties to areas where we already have a presence. This expansion is necessary due to the continuing strength in demand for office outsourcing that we have seen, not just from our existing customer base but from new business across the globe.

• A quality building with standards consistent with its local market.
• Excellent building characteristics, such as floor-to-ceiling windows, standard finish and open floor plans.
• Amenities located conveniently within the building, development or immediate area, such as restaurants, banks, hotels and health club facilities.
• Access to local airports, main thoroughfares and/or public transportation.

We are currently seeking new locations in the following areas:
